Join a well-established, successful team
Build and manage a new portfolio
Strategically source and place candidates
Business Development and Client management
Conduct Client visits
Database management
Achieve targets and drive the growth of the division
Contribute to the strategic business plan
With support from an inspiring Manager, knowledgeable team and a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator plus offshore Assistant. In addition, there is an innovative new database and the excellent Wavelength reputation, built over 25 years, to leverage.

You’re an experienced Locum Medical Recruiter, with a proven track record of achieving targets, driven to delivering outstanding results for candidates and clients. If you have not worked in Healthcare, you are from a transferrable industry and you're curious to learn as you want to work in a space where you can truly make a difference.
