We are seeking a customer-centric Recruitment Operations Manager to provide 12 months maternity leave cover.

Job Description


As the Recruitment Operations Manager at Wavelength, you will take ownership of the role for a 12 month parental leave period. Lead a team of Recruitment Coordinators and Virtual Assistants, enabling placed Doctors to their critical locum roles across Australia. This varied role reports to and is supported by the Recruitment General Managers. 

Key responsibilities include; 


•    Lead and mentor a hybrid team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
•    Develop and implement training initiatives to ensure your team stays current with industry best practices and compliance requirements
•    Manage workflow and resources to ensure effective, consistent support is provided
•    Identify and implement process improvements
•    Risk management & compliance to ensure all needs are addressed proactively with a quality focus

•    People leadership 
•    Extensive recruitment admin experience and healthcare knowledge
•    Experience with risk management and exceeding compliance standards (e.g. credentialing, policy compliance)
•    A solution orientated approach, with an understanding of systems, processes and databases 
•    Excellent customer service standards – driven to get the best outcome for everyone
