With 27 years of industry leadership, we’re seeking an experienced recruiter to manage a well-established portfolio placing GPs and family medicine doctors into roles that truly matter.
Job Description
In this role, you’ll recruit into:
• Private GP practices and family clinics
• Corporate medical groups
• Correctional health and telehealth services
• Specialist environments for family medicine-trained doctors
Your work will often support communities with critical workforce needs — creating a real, lasting impact on patients and public health.
You’ll be well- supported by:
• A dedicated associate recruiter
• In-house migration and regulatory specialists to assist international candidates
• A highly experienced, collaborative team (many with 10–15+ years at Wavelength)
You’ll report directly to Claire Ponsford, Co-Founder of Wavelength, gaining access to exceptional mentorship and deep industry expertise.
