Job Description

You will work hard to understand the worlds of our candidates and clients, and provide them with personalised, quality service every step of the way.

  • Recruitment Consultant in the Locum JAMED Team
  • Manage an ED Portfolio
  • Sourcing and placing candidates
  • Business Development and Client management
  • Conduct Client visits
  • Database management
  • Achieve targets and drive the growth of the division
  • Contribute to the strategic business plan

You will have support from an inspiring Manager, knowledgeable team and a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator plus offshore Assistant. In addition, there is a strong database and the excellent Wavelength reputation, built over 25 years, to leverage.

You’re an experienced Locum Recruitment Consultant, driven to achieve outstanding results for candidates and clients. Ideally, you have worked in the Healthcare sector and if not, you're curious to learn as you want to work in a space where you can truly make a difference.
